This is the personal website of Bryan Van Dusen, a children's picture-book author. It exists to share news about his books and to make it easy to get in touch. This page explains, in plain language, what information the site collects when you visit and how it is used.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use it. When you visit, Google Analytics collects standard, non-identifying information such as the pages you view, roughly how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, and an approximate location based on your IP address. This helps us see which books and pages people are interested in, so the site can be improved over time.

Cookies

Although the books are written for young readers, this website is intended for grown-ups (parents, guardians, teachers, and other book lovers). It is not directed at children, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
